Relocen is currently operated as a controlled pre-launch project by its founder. A formal business entity may be added before public paid launch.

• Account data (email, sign-in identifiers, optional name).
• Readiness Room and profile data you enter.
• Documents you upload (passports, acceptance letters, financial proofs, etc.).
• Deadlines, checklists, and tasks you create.
• Family and advisor member emails you invite.
• Budget estimates and source cards.
• AI prompts, AI outputs, readiness findings, and AI-proposed changes.
• Technical logs needed for security and reliability.

Documents may contain sensitive personal information. Please upload only what is necessary to prepare your move.

• Create and secure your account.
• Operate your Readiness Room.
• Coordinate documents, deadlines, budget, and family tasks.
• Provide AI-assisted readiness checks and source-backed suggestions.
• Prevent abuse and keep the service safe.
• Respond to support and trial feedback.

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. We use AI provider(s) to power readiness checks and proposed actions; prompts and outputs may be processed by those providers under their terms. We use an email provider (Resend) to deliver transactional emails.

AI providers may temporarily process the content of your prompts and the context we send (such as room metadata) to generate a response.

• Trial data is retained while your trial is active.
• You can request deletion at any time (see below).
• Inactive trial accounts may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and room data.
• Export your data on request.
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Relocen is intended for users 16 and older, or for parent/guardian supervised use. If you are below the digital consent age in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must create or supervise your account.
