By creating an account or using Relocen, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Relocen is currently in controlled trial. Features may change, break, or be removed. Trial access can be limited, suspended, or ended at our discretion. Your data is preserved during the trial unless you ask for deletion.

Relocen is a preparation tool. It does not provide legal, visa, immigration, residence, university, housing, employment, financial, tax, insurance, or government approval advice. It does not represent you before any authority or institution and does not submit forms on your behalf.

We do not guarantee any outcome, including visa approvals, university admissions, housing, employment, or government decisions.

The AI Coordinator proposes tasks, deadlines, documents, and source-backed checks. You must review every important AI-proposed change before it takes effect. AI outputs may be wrong, outdated, or incomplete.

Source Cards are references to help you prepare, not official verification of any requirement. The Readiness Score and Readiness Pack are operational preparation tools only.

You are responsible for verifying official requirements directly with the relevant authority, institution, or qualified professional.

• You are responsible for the content you upload, including documents.
• You must not use Relocen for unlawful purposes.
• You must keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Invited family and advisor members access the room with the permissions you grant.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relocen and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service during the trial. You use Relocen at your own discretion and risk.
